Negation operator for primitive type exclusions

Description

In specialised archetypes and templates, unneeded elements from primitive type ranges / value sets in the parent artefact can be logically removed using the !matches (∉) operator. This provides a convenient way to remove a small number of items from a large list. To do this, the not matches operator is needed.
