      Make DV_QUANTIFIED.accuracy and accuracy_percent optional in the
      specification diagram. (This will not make any difference to
      implementations in normal programming languages, since the types
      of these attributes are value types and cannot be made optional.
      However, in XML and other data serialisation formalisms, it
      should be optional.

      Description

      DV_QUANTIFIED: It does not seem appropriate to make accuracy mandatory
      as it will usually be unknown. I would suggest that it becomes a separate
      class as it has its own internal coherence which may alter and requires
      invariants at the moment.
