      Description

A significant number of pathology results include qualifiers of the form
"HHH", "HH", ...., "LL", "LLL" attached to individual values, e.g. in a
blood test including serum K, Na etc. Currently there is no place to
record these qualifiers, although various ranges, including normal can be
included. However, some labs will not return the ranges, only the qualifiers.
Including the qualifiers as an optional extra in openEHR would have the
benefit of both properly recording lab values, and standardising the
qualifier representation at least within openEHR.
