Some classes are missing from XML-schema

Some classes are not defined in the XSD files - I don't know if it was a specific reason.
This is about:
CONTRIBUTION, EHR, VERSIONED_OBJECT, UID, UUID, VERSIONED_*, VERSION_TREE_ID, TIME_DEFINITIONS
I have however (a) schema for them.
