XML-schema not available for openEHR terminology xml file.

Description

There should be an XML schema for the openEHR XML terminology. It should include indicators for:

  • RM version of openEHR

  • others?

Can others indicate if this is still relevant - do we need an XSD for the openEHR terminology? I would have thought so, and it should be quite easy to create.

If you want to have distributed terminology files then it would be better if there is one common (and agreed) schema.

This is also related to specterm-1. I think we should consider HL7 CTS rather than reinvent the wheel.

The waters are now muddy around CTS2. IHTSDO is doing something different (you can see here (http://www.ihtsdotools.org/) and on Github). FHIR seems to be ignoring CTS 2 as well.

I think we probably need a simple XSD just for the current terminology file. The medium - long term solution is not clear to me at all.

Yes - it would be fine to have a simple XSD for the current terminology file.
