Add some place to put data on the FOLDER object

We would like to use folders for storing data that belongs to Episodes. For a Episode is could be handy to store some data like, subject, start, stop, is closed.. For that would be helpfull to create a place in teh folders where we can add a ITEM_STRUCTURE, or so. Over there we could add some ELEMENTS.

Thomas Beale : "In future we should probably do what you say, and add some place to put data on the FOLDER object - e.g. FOLDER.details: ITEM_STRUCTURE or whatever. I suggest you raise a PR about that so we don't forget it. You could do that in your system now I guess, I don't think it would be a problem for the future, but to build the archetypes you would need a modified version of the AWB openEHR schema, which is easy enough to create."

+1 to details as long as it is clear that no clinical content should be put there.
I would even make it a CLUSTER directly (if the item_structure part is intended to be simplified in the future at least)

I think details: ITEM_STRUCTURE is compatible with everything else in the RM at this stage; it would be odd to make just this addition a CLUSTER, even if that's where we go in openEHRv2.

I believe both are planned for 1.1.0, aren't they?

Indeed is 1.1.0 (unfortunately, because I would like to have it as soon as possible). The openEHR release strategy states that we need this rev-style for "significant additions that do not change the semantics".

The sooner we get 1.0.3 out, the sooner we get 1.1.0 out
