See for explanation.
Instead of explicitly referring to compositions and directory as the ones that cannot be changed once this flag is set to false could rather keep it a bit open/wider?
I'm looking to :
"An EHR’s 'content' consists of the data within its Compositions (i.e. compositions attribute) and Directory (i.e. directory attribute)."
To my understanding the obove only referers to obect_ref, but the 'content' is actually a wider concept: It involves also versions on existing versioned_obects - they should not be modified anymore, or logical deleting existing content. And refers also to ehr_access and in v1.1.0 to folders aswell.
Is the list of circumstances when the is_modifiable flag can be set to False considered to be exhaustive?
Otherwise I would consider to say: "An EHR may for example be deactivated in the following circumstances:"
Or "Some of the most common circumstances where an EHR may be deactivated include:"
Good point, I have changed accordingly.
