Registration is easy in CKM and necessary in order to get access to all the additional functionality that is available - the difference between passive viewing and active involvement!

 You can self register, i.e. create a CKM account, by following these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Sign upRegister' button in the top right hand corner of the CKM home screen.

  2. Enter your details into the first registration page.  
    Your CKM User Name will be derived from your first name and last name.  A photo is optional.  
    Click on the 'NextRegister' button when these details are complete.

  3. On the first tab you can enter your availability to act as a reviewer:
    • Check the 'Available as Reviewer' box if you are willing to participate in clinical reviews.
    • Please indicate your professional background.  It is useful to us to know the professional background of CKM users as your expertise may assist us in publishing quality archetypes.
    • Please indicate your health domain expertise and interests

  4. On the second tab, you can enter your availability to act as a translator:
    • Check the 'Available as Translator' box if you are willing to participate in translating archetypes and/or review of the translations.
    • Please indicate the languages in which you can participate.

  5. Click on the 'Finalise registration' button to Save.

  7. Watch out for an Activation Email sent to you and click the link in it to activate your CKM account.
    To activate your account you need to click on this link or manually enter the activation code when you first log in.

That's it - welcome! You can now start using CKM as a registered user
