• REST headers - not a standard format. E.g. committer = PARTY_PROXY, which is a structured object; current format is key/vals;

• Jake Smolka : add option to allow usual formats e.g. JSON

• POSSIBLY: breaking changes might be OK, since doesn’t seem to be implemented much yet.
