Linking clinical data to computational physiology models can pave the way to a completely new breed of personalised and predictive clinical decision support systems. This talk will elaborate on how this linkage could be facilitated by using openEHR and Semantic Web methods in the Virtual Physiological Human (VPH) and Human Physiome Projects. Shared and mapped domain ontologies and Archetype terminology bindings will be key enablers. An elaborate methodology and the implementation details of a working proof of concept application will be demonstrated.
