 Hantering av urval för allvarlighetsgrad

 Inom UMI arbetsgruppen har det uppstått frågan om huruvida det är ok att byta ut ett urval som har specats i en arketyp mot ett annat. Vi använder arketypen Adverse reaction risk och för attributet criticality specas urvalet high, low och indeterminate. Enligt Socialstyrelsen spec för uppmärksamhetsinformation ska dock allvarlighetsgrad anges med skalan livshotande, skadlig och besvärande. Är det ok att i templaten byter ut arketypens urval mot Socialstyrelsens?
