“Dear member,

We’re pleased to announce that the openEHR Software Program Board (SPB) has now officially launched.

In accordance with the Software Program Board Terms of Reference, individuals who wish to participate as members of the SPB are required to submit an application for review by the SPB Co-Chair and the openEHR CiC Board.

If you would like to be considered for participation in the SPB, please complete the application form using the link below:

The deadline for submitting applications is 23:59 GMT on Friday 3rd April 2026.

Once the review process has been completed, applicants will be informed of the outcome and confirmed SPB members will receive the recurring meeting invitation.

Vitalis middag

Anmälan till Vitalismiddagen har nu publicerats på Discourse och LinkedIn:

“It is time again for the yearly openEHR dinner at Vitalis!

The dinner is open for anyone interested in openEHR and in standardization of health data. There is no agenda, we just have a nice and relaxed evening together at a local pub.

This year we are back at LePub, a 30 minutes walk from the Vitalis conference center.

When: Tuesday May 5th at 19:00 CET

Cost: Everyone pays for themselves (main courses 100-300 SEK)

Getting to the restaurant: We meet up at the conference entrance at 18:20 CET for those who want to take a walk together. You can also easily get there by tram (no 6 from Korsvägen to Järntorget) or taxi.

Översättningsarbetet

• Det finns behov av att närmare utreda vilka rekommenderade svenska översättningar som ska gälla för bl a “body site” och “body structure”. Termerna återkommer i många arketyper och vi behöver säkerställa att översättningarna blir enhetliga. Förslag: bjuda in relevant expertis till arbetsmöte någon tisdag eftermiddag.

• Arketyperna blodtryck, puls/hjärtslag och pulsoximetri har skickats ut på formell granskning med deadline 16 april.

Manna och Åsa ansvarar för att boka in en serie möten på tisdagsmöten för att diskutera den första punkten. Möjliga bra deltagare: personer som har en del erfarenhet av vården.

Planen är att mötena ska resultera i ett tillägg till översättningsrutinerna. Bra att komma överens om denna fråga då flera översättningar har pausats p.g.a. dessa osäkerheter. Har i första hand inte tänkt att detta kommer påverka de engelska termerna, men det kanske kommer att bli en följd.

Vi har fått en fråga tidigare om att stå med SFMI och svarat att det kan vara intressant, men inväntar en mer officiell inbjudan.
