This Working Group exists to define, document, and continuously improve the day-to-day working practices used by the CPB and the Expert Panel when coordinating CPB-related activities. Its focus is practical: establishing where key documents are stored and how they are organised, agreeing how the group communicates (channels, meeting rhythm, and how decisions are recorded, including discourse threads and official openEHR page Clinical Program ), and clarifying the end-to-end process for nominations and candidate voting. By making these routines explicit and consistent, the WG helps reduce confusion, improves transparency, and supports smoother collaboration across the boards over time.
