Asset Filtering
The development of Subdomains, Projects and Incubators functionality has been complemented with enhancements to filtering assets mostly in the left navigation panel and its tree menu.
Subdomain and Projects have been included in the All Resources tab to make searching for assets simpler and addition of Projects and Incubator accordions allow searching for assets in a much simpler way.
Filters
There are four headings in the left-hand navigation panel:
- Preferred View,
- Projects,
- Incubators, and
- New and modified resources.
Preferred View
The Preferred View allows users, with the recently added asset filtering functionality, to setup a preferential view of assets. It allows a number of search criteria that a user can make default in their preferred view.

Project
Assets are organised in folders (i.e. sub-domains) to assist users in effective searching. Select the folder (i.e. sub-domain) to reveal the list of Projects. Double click the project to display in the tabbed view.
For Registered users, select the checkbox: 'My projects only' to display the sub-domain folders and projects that you are associated to.

Incubators
Assets are organised in folders (i.e. sub-domains) to assist users in effective searching. Select the folder (i.e. sub-domain) to reveal the list of Incubators. Double click the Incubator to display in the tabbed view.
For Registered users, select the checkbox: 'My incubators only' to display the sub-domain folders and incubators that you are associated to.

New and modified resources
The 'New and modified resources' accordion allows a user to restrict assets based on a date where resources have been either created or modified through a review. The default date is one month prior to the current date.
