Demographics archetypes based on ISO2220 (Identification of the subject of care) and ISO27527 (Provider Identification)

We are extremely grateful for the contribution of Rigoleta Dutra Mediano Dias and Sergio Miranda Freire of Brazil who have authored and generously made available a rich set of Demographics archetypes conformant to ISO2220 and ISO27527.

These adhere to ISO2220 (Identification of the subject of care) and ISO27527 (Provider Identification). Also included are a number of archetypes developed for Brazilian use which may serve as useful examples for other localisation efforts.
