Discourse notification ahead of publication

When editors agree an archetype is sufficiently reviewed and is fit for publication, the assigned editor notifies the community through a Discourse message to https://discourse.openehr.org/c/clinical/ckmpublication. The archetype is published a week after the notification, unless there are significant objections.
