LinkEHR Project
LinkEHR Project was initially developed by IBIME group from Polytechnic University of Valencia. It is a software platform for the normalization and semantic representation of clinical data by means of archetypes and Electronic Health Record standards. It is composed by several modules:
- LinkEHR Editor. Multimodel archetype editor
- LinkEHR Studio. A legacy clinical data normalization tool that generates standard EHR extracts from existing EHR data.
- LinkEHR Extract Server. Federated server of standardized EHR extracts.
- LinkEHR Integration Engine. An on-demand virtual integration engine.
- LinkEHR Viewer. Web-based flexible EHR viewer.
Supported EHR Standards
LinkEHR platform has been tested to work (i.e. define archetypes and normalize data) with the following standards or specifications:
