• there is consensus reached about a change in ADL v2.x that allow two alternative coding systems (id and at). For current OpenEHR version at-coded system is mandated.

• based on the discord discussion such a change does not require a new major version so it can be implemented in one of the upcoming ADL2.x versions

• we can start the work on adding at-codes to the ADL spec including examples

• additionally we would like to include the change which keeps remaining at-codes (for internally coded values) numbered with no offset from ADL1.4 (except for trimming of leading zeroes)

• archetypes should retain both coding systems, to enable interoperability with future OpenEHR versions

Update from latest REST WG meetings

• progress on REST API for demographic, hope to round it up on next WG meeting

• good meetings with SMART Health IT and Josh Mandel to discuss about specification licensing, correct attribution and future plans of FHIR related to SMART

• we will need to release SMART specs on Creative Commons in accordance with FHIR
