BASE Release 1.1.0

We agreed on the call that we will make a BASE 1.1.0 release, that will contain the new specs (created from existing stable specs):

• Foundation Types
• Base Types
• Resource
• Basic Meta-Model (BMM) - major rework

And updated specs:

• Archetype overview
• ODIN spec
