EHRCon26

  • EHRCon26 Pre-conf: Sep 21, 2026 (conf is on 22-23 Sep 2026)

    • SEC+CPB: 15:15 - 17:15

    • SEC alone: 09:00 - 15:00

    • program might change to make room for a strategic meeting with the Board (CEO Jordi) => SEC+CPB will be cancelled.

      • suggestion from the SEC to cancel the SEC+CPB in favor of strategic meeting with the Board - and the rest can still continue the SEC meeting

    • Agenda suggestion for SEC meeting Sept 2026:

      • Federation specification discussion Gašper Andrejc

      • DV_SCALE Sebastian Garde

      • ADL 2.4 related

        • Backporting rules/logic from ADL 2.4 OPERATION_TEMPLATE to ADL 1.4 .OPT Seref Arikan

          • once the ADL2.4 is release, will the CDRs be ready to accept and validate data instances? Do we have the logic of backporting ADL2.4 to OPT.1.4? The risk is OPT drift between vendors.

Discussion

https://discourse.openehr.org/t/working-for-a-new-openehr-specifications-website-with-antora/11694

  • prepare to move repo to github openehr in July, mix it current website

  • => no updates or work on this lately

RM EHR class

  • REST API does not support .compositions from RM specifications

  • openEHR does not have a clinical API, but retrieves data via AQL

  • everything is wrapped into COMPOSITIONs, but there is no “first-class” clinical resources, e.g. ‘allergies’, etc

    • Erik Sundvall : The stored query api can have some openehr.org-prefixed named (and versioned) queries for specific clinical purposes

IHE & FHIR (EHDS)

  • IHE is interested in working with SEC on IHE profiles with openEHR (follow up on Brussel meeting)

  • Ian McNicoll focus on a couple of use cases (European PS, EyeCare) starting with modeling

  • using FHIR IG but with openEHR models

Public Health RM

  • PH work is not about a person, about about an incident

  • it is technically an EHR but not of a person, without a subject

  • Severin Kohler we need also the “Location”
