Decisions
- Finish reviewing QUERY specs (AQL) 1.0.1 so that we can release it, and release it beginning of August (if acceptance passes)
- Move unfinished RM CR to Release 1.2.0, finish review Release 1.1.0, and release it beginning of August (if acceptance passes)
- Beginning August start working on ITS/SM to catch up with RM 1.1, AQL 1.0.1, BASE 1.2.0, and aim to release it beginning of October
