Enable multiple sources for locating RM schemas (BMM files)

Description

Currently, only one location can be specified for the location of .bmm files; we need to enable more than one, and they can be:

  • local file system directory

  • local file system Git checkout

  • Git remote URL (will resolve to local file system checkout)
