It is just Windwos with some network shares connected, nothing strange.
I don't know what the workbench is searching on my file system, on the moment of opening.

I've never seen anything like that - I suspect it is to do with some kind of network file system.

The Dutch text is:
adl_workbench.exe - Geen schijf
Er bervindt zich geen schijf in het station. Plaats een geschikt medium in station \Device\Harddisk4\DR4
[Annuleren] [Opnieuw] [Doorgaan]
Because it is a Dutch error message it must be Windows complaining, probably for a failed API-call. My PC never had a forth HD, and the ADL_workbench is freesh installed for the first time.
It is version 2.0.5.2847
