Unwanted artifacts in reference model hierarchy output.

Description

Reference model hierarchy output contains unwanted artifacts. At the beginning of the file there is a line containing "Initialising...".
Also, there is a scattering of arbitrary "type" artifacts. These are trivial to strip out but they are in there.

Do you want some options to control what form the types come out in?

Actually, nevermind. I think I was expecting either all of the entries to contain type information... or none of them. I automatically assumed this was an error but now I see it's not.

So, the only unwanted artifact is "Initializing..." at the top.

You can get rid of that just by using '-q', i.e. non-verbose output option.

Let me know if you want some other outputting options - otherwise I'll close this one.
