You can get rid of that just by using '-q', i.e. non-verbose output option.

So, the only unwanted artifact is "Initializing..." at the top.

Actually, nevermind. I think I was expecting either all of the entries to contain type information... or none of them. I automatically assumed this was an error but now I see it's not.

Reference model hierarchy output contains unwanted artifacts. At the beginning of the file there is a line containing "Initialising...".
Also, there is a scattering of arbitrary "type" artifacts. These are trivial to strip out but they are in there.
