ENTRY.provider is currently of type PARTICIPATION. This is unnecessary since
the kind of participation is already know - it is "information provider" (i.e.
that's what the attribute name means). It can be made of type PARTY_PROXY, which
also has the nice effect of allowing it to take values of PARTY_SELF and
RELATED_PARTY when required.
