An attribute for language should be added to COMPOSITION, the same as exists in ENTRY.
This attribute appears to have been missed when we moved language from LOCATABLE to
ENTRY in CR-000102. Language needs to be known on COMPOSITION since there is no other
way to reliably determine what language a COMPOSITION is in (even though 90% of the time
it is obvious by visual inspection or by inference from the locale).
