Currently ADL does not allow generic typenames, i.e. typenames of the form
X<T>, X<Y<G,H>,Z> and so on. However, these are fairly common, and occur within
the openEHR reference model.

This has limitation has been pointed out by various tool builders including
Rong Chen and Mattias Forss.
