Description
Archetype-related meta-attributes were historically included in a BMM model; these should be moved to the AOM profile for a BMM rather than being in it.
They are: archetype_parent_class, archetype_data_value_parent_class and archetype_visualise_descendants_of.

Reason was likely that this was in the amendment record for version 2.2.0, or that I missed this. I have no problem putting this in version 2.1.0. I changed the fix version to 2.1.0.

Hi - I have nearly reconstructed Release 2.1.0 from the intermediate commit I think it should be at - 24/Aug/2018. However, this CR (51) is in it (3 months earlier). You have currently put it into Release 2.2.0, but I think it should be in 2.1.0 (at least I can’t think of any reason it shouldn’t be). If it has to be in 2.2.0, I have to reverse the changes manually.
Did you have a reason for including it in 2.2.0 and not 2.1.0?
