Adjust package structure to be more regular

Description

The internal package structure of the AOM2 model currently has aom2_profile and p_aom2 as separate packages under the 'am' top level component package, even though they are in the AOM2 specification with the am.aom2 package. This creates an anomaly for the UML extractor.

This change is to make the structure more regular and remove the anomaly for publishing.

If you could create a 2.3.0 release for me, I can continue to fix 2.2.0 as well.

Maybe we should renumber the releases since nobody uses the 2.3.0 numbers in actual archetypes, but at least we have a good set of things to review slightly smiling face

Ah yes… you’re right, we had this discussion - I was thinking in terms of the older release numbers we had.

There's releases in the ADL/AOM spec already: 2.1.0, 2.2.0 and 2.3.0. I'm structuring these issues to align with those releases first, so we have a proper list of things to review, in a certain order. That's why I moves this to 2.2.0 - it's what is listed in the specification.

I think we are better off including this change in the next release, because I already did it - and the UML extractor works properly with the more regular package structure.
