Add inheritance lineage to OPT 2

Most CDRs work solely with OPT 2 archetypes. However, currently OPT 2 lists that the specialisation statement of the OPT should be removed. In addition, namespaces means it is not possible to determine the inheritance lineage with just the OPT2, you will also need the archetypes. So, an inheritance lineage should be added to OPT 2 - for every archetype used in the OPT. This is an ordered list of archetypes or templates of the parent of the template or archetype, until an archetype is reached that does not have a parent. This will again make it possible to make a CDR with just the OPT 2 as the only model definitions.
