The terminology.xml(http://www.openehr.org/releases/1.0.2/architecture/computable/terminology/terminology.xml)
does not include
<Language code="km" Description="Central Khmer"/> which is the official language of Cambodia.
The language is included in ISO_639-1_codes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes
The openehr_terminology_en.xml of java ref implementation (http://openehr.org/wsvn/ref_impl_java/TRUNK/mini-termserv/src/main/resources/openehr_terminology_en.xml) also has this problem.
The section
<codeset issuer="ISO" openehr_id="languages" external_id="ISO_639-1">
does not include
<code value="km" Description="Central Khmer"/>
