As per https://discourse.openehr.org/t/z-scores-and-percentiles/2087/76 and https://discourse.openehr.org/t/change-over-time-in-an-observation-measurement-represented-as/2329/13, add a new List of objects containing
transformed value (needs to support both unitless decimal numbers and proportions)
algorithm for transformations (text. z/t score, reference, custom raw algo, proportional change from another recorded value)
comparing dataset (text?)
normal range (interval supporting same data types as the transformed value)
