Proposal to change "ontology" section name to "vocabulary"

Description

Maybe this is a good opportunity to change the name of the "ontology" section to something more like "vocabulary", IMO is more appropriate since ontology section is more to specify node descriptions and term bindings than defining an "ontology" (classification of elements and relationships).

The appropriate way for sub-2.0 versions of ADL is probably to allow 'terminology' as an alternate keyword to 'ontology' and when serialising out to generate 'terminology' instead of 'ontology'.

We still need to decide whether it goes into ADL1.5 (non-breaking) or whether we defer the change to ADL2.0 (breaking change).

I think this issue should be closed as ontology has been changed to terminology in latest release.
