Currently, an ad hoc system of 'context variables' and expressions is defined in the TP spec. This may be replaced by the use of proxy & decision logic modules and BMM-EL references that enable the features of such modules to be referenced.

At a conceptual level, decision support logic and proxy modules should be described as separated.
