Currently there is no way to form a path in a single entity space that can refer to demographic entities, EHRs, and any other kind of data in the future. The concept is to add a notional SYSTEM object above EHR, PARTY and so on. Paths such as /ehr/xxx and /demographic/xxx etc should be possible. Q: which spec to define this in? Q: should system have any local properties?
