Proposal to start a Working Group on openEHR Terminologies and terminology use. In addition to some yet unspecified SEC member, Erik Sundvall suggests adding at least the SEC-external members

: Daniel Karlsson (Swedish eHealth Authority) and Mikael Nyström (Cambio).

The group could be responsible for checking terminology related PRs and CRs and suggest updates to specs etc.
