Demographics archetypes based on ISO2220 (Identification of the subject of care) and ISO27527 (Provider Identification)
We are extremely grateful for the contribution of Rigoleta Dutra Mediano Dias and Sergio Miranda Freire of Brazil who have authored and generously made available a rich set of Demographics archetypes conformant to ISO2220 and ISO27527.
These conform to the two key ISO standards in this area - adhere to ISO2220 (Identification of the subject of care) and ISO27527 (Provider Identification), and include . Also included are a number of archetypes debeloped developed for Brazilian use which may serve as useful examples for similar other localisation efforts.
