Assumption: You have registered as a content reviewer and registered your domain interests and expertise.

Review of a specialised archetype is effectively only a partial review only of the content that is new or changed content in in the specialised archetype is the only that is specific to the specialised archetype. It  It is not possible to comment on the content from the that has already been published in the original, parent archetype.

Start the review in the same way, described above.
