There are philosophical questions here, particularly what the meaning of the subtypes of 'known' within the finding context hierarchy are. SNOMED does not seem to distinguish between opinions, i.e. diagnoses and other kinds of assessments (like prognosis), and observations, and the different kinds of uncertainty associated with both, namely doubt and inaccuracy respectively.
