Support UID

Description

In the XML archetype attached to AEPR-15, at line 139 there is a uid tag with the value "9.5.1".

1. Open the attached XML archetype in Archetype Editor.
2. Save as XML.
3. Save as ADL.
4. View the ADL and XML as text.

The uid doesn't get carried through to the new XML and ADL files. It should be preserved in the XML file. In the ADL file, the first line should look like this:

archetype (adl_version=1.4; uid=9.5.1)
