Spanish language incorrectly coded in terminology file.

Description

The primary Spanish language is coded 'es-es' and should be 'es' to be consistent with other languages with local variants, and with openEHR reference external terminology.

Reason For Rejection

'es' is supported. Appropraite remedy is to remove es-es'

After further exporation / discussion, it appears that 'es' is present but 'es-es' is not consistent with the way that other simialr languages with a 'primary country' are handled e.g there is no en-en.

W3C guidance also suggests that 'es-es' should be avoided, and that 'es' is the correct approach.

This issue will therefore be closed and a new one issued to remove 'es-es' from the terminology.
