I'm translating some parts of the specs to spanish for the openEHR course, and I found this:

In ehr_im.pdf, on page 70, the description of CARE_ENTRY.guideline_id is "Optional external identifier of guideline creating this action if relevant".

I don't know if the term "action" makes any sense there, maybe I'm missing something.

you are right - it is not quite right. It should be something like 'creating this entry if relevant'
