Logistics

Purpose

This meeting is intended to determine key parts of the openEHR roadmap, development plan and community governance for the next 18 months.

Where and When

16 & 17 September 2014, DIPS offices central Oslo.

DIPS asa, a leading openEHR implementer in Norway has very kindly provided office space in their building next to Oslo central station for this meeting.

Meeting Logistics

The physical meeting will accommodate a maximum of 40 people. We will provide some level of streaming / e-participation - details TBD.

The location is right next to Oslo central station, which is 25 minutes from the airport.

Hotels - there are numerous good hotels in Oslo. Here are some suggestions:

    • overview - the big picture; define next releases and allocate key CRs
    • openEHR APIs - development and publishing
    • ADL 1.5 - what to call it, what roadmap?
    • Areas for new specifications:
      • identify 'difficult' design issues going forward, that require common answers, e.g. 'second order structures', and how we propose to deal with that
      • CDISC
      • FHIR

    • archetype development - define some releases and workplan
    • CKM
