The development of Subdomains, Projects and Incubators functionality has been complemented with enhancements to filtering assets mostly in the left panel accordions and tree menu. Subdomain and Projects have been included in the All Resources tab to make searching for assets simpler and addition of Projects and Incubator accordions allow searching for assets in a much simpler way. There have been additions to the accordion including new Preferred View, and New and Modified Resources accordion.
New accordions
There are four new accordions in the left-hand panel. The four new accordions are: Preferred View, Projects, Incubators, and New and modified resources.

Preferred View

The Preferred View allows users, with the recently added asset filtering functionality, to setup a preferential view of assets. It allows a number of search criteria that a user can make default in their preferred view.

Assets are organised in folders (i.e. sub-domains) to assist users in effective searching. Select the folder (i.e. sub-domain) to reveal the list of Projects. Double click the project to display in the tabbed view.

New and modified resources

The New and modified resources accordion allows a user to restrict assets based on a date where resources have been either created or modified through a review. The default date is one month prior to the current date.
