Requirements

  • problem list / care plan etc
  • querying needs to work, e.g achieve the effect logically follow links
  • semantics of extras

Possible Solution approaches

  • Folders
  • Tags - typically Composition and Folder - SPECPR-265
    • how does it work in AQL?
    • already supported by Marand, DIPS and Code24
  • Composition full of Links - 
    • Problem list
    • Medications list
  • Citation archetype 

Possible technical additions

  • special links e.g. 
  • more Composition categories
  • DV_EHR_URI + links

Opinions

  • Bostjan & Thomas - make an RM level class that is the same as the Citation CLUSTER archetype
  • Erik, Sebastian - smarter links?
    • but this gets problematic for querying
  • Look carefully at DV_EHR_URI / LINK / Object_ref
  • Need to avoid complicating querying
