This release introduces automated calculation of the canonical hash of an archetype (The hash that is used to identify an archetype in a template).

It also fixes a series of minor bugs related to XML Serialisation of archetypes, user selection, archetype comparison and remote archetypes.

Release Set Exporter doesn't honour trailing whitespace for XML archetypes exported as Secondary assets
Generic Transformer doesn't honour trailing whitespace for Archetype XML generation
XML Serialiser must serialise the translations section
DV_Ordinal value element of symbol must be serialised
DV_Quantity should be xml serialised with the precision
